A few weeks ago we talked about our discontinuous mechanized closure panel, ideal for mounting modular cameras of excellent quality; In this post we present our Taverkont® continuous panel.

At the TAVER INSTACLACK GROUP we are proud to say that we have one of the best continuous panels on the market. Our Taverkont® F-PIR is a panel specifically designed for refrigeration applications in the food industry, agriculture and clean rooms as a vertical and ceiling insulating panel. It is very resistant to biological agents thanks to the closed structure of the insulating core, remaining immune to attack by biological agents; Ideal for applications that require high levels of health and hygiene. It can also be used for temperature-controlled premises and air-conditioned rooms in both negative and positive temperatures.

A feature that makes Taverkont® special is its grinding; The panel is ground by milling at the exit of the production line to guarantee minimum assembly tolerances. Thus we obtain a panel that optimizes its joint, guaranteeing the continuity of the insulation and providing it with better airtightness.

The quality of our Taverkont® F-PIR and the excellent level of its performance is reflected in the certifications obtained by the product: B-s1,d0 and having FM APPROVED® certification (4880-4881-4882-4471): the best reaction before the fire. EI-60 certificate for thickness of 200mm.
