We are pleased to announce that the shareholders of Purever Industries and Taver Group have closed the final agreement for the full integration in Purever of the companies Instaclack Internacional and Cualitas Industrial. The Taver incorporation is the result of years of collaboration and strategic vision shared by both companies.

The Taver integration contributes to Purever Industries’ leadership in the premium insulation Iberian market addressing the cold chain needs, life science & health as well as technical projects for data centers, electronics, batteries, aerospace, etc.
