On July 7 we said goodbye to a co-worker; Josep Lluís Monereo retired after almost forty years of work at @grupotaver.

We wanted to pay a special tribute for the time he shared in our organization, time in which he has exuded professionalism, shared camaraderie, acted as a patient guarantor of the quality of the company’s processes and has been able to hide an aspect of his personality: no one in the company knows what Josep Lluís is like when he gets angry. A special guy that we will not forget.

The celebration has been an emotional moment, there has been no shortage of laughter, hugs and also tears; They remembered the anecdotes, the stories, the growth of the company… One certainty, stories like that of Josep Lluís are an example for an entire organization, encouraging it to continue doing things well.
