On other occasions we have pointed out the importance we attach to our human capital; At Grupo Taver we are very clear that our image begins with the image that our collaborators give and that the first element that builds it is their level of performance in the face of the challenge of understanding the needs of our clients and offering them the best solution.

Continuous training is key to achieving excellence. For this reason, at @grupotaver we periodically carry out training actions for our back-office teams and commercial technicians, incorporating it into our usual processes. The last internal training session dealt with our discontinuous Taver Instaclack® panel, the manufacturing process, its two lines, where we manufacture customized panels, the mixture of polyol with isocyanate under adequate pressure and temperature conditions to obtain optimal polyurethane, the different quality controls during manufacturing, the finishes… a process to turn our mechanically joined panel into an unbeatable product.

In the session there was also space for practical learning: the assembly of a super plus modular cold room. Participants have found in practice that the unique Instaclack® mechanical fastening system allows for quick and easy assembly. In just 10 minutes you can have a quality refrigerated enclosure, with maximum airtightness, optimal for a sustainable and efficient installation. Saving of time and manpower.
