At @grupotaver we are specialists in the manufacture and assembly of top quality insulating panels. Since 1965 we have strived to evolve with the aim of having the latest technological advances in our workplaces and responding to the demands of the Market.
In this video we introduce you to our factory in Martorelles. In this plant we manufacture our discontinuous refrigeration panel, Taver Instaclack, a modular panel equipped with an exclusive mechanical joint system that ensures maximum airtightness of the installation or enclosure for which it is used.
It is an optimal panel for mounting a modular camera with excellent features, of the highest level, the Taver Superplus, top of the market.
In Martorelles, the Taver team supervises production order by order:

- Conversion to Panels
- List of expeditions
- Sales order
- Exploded view
- Dispatch order
- Organization of the expedition / Weekly Planning / Grouping
- Production Order
- Execution
Two production lines that ensure optimal attention to the needs of our client offering the highest quality:
- An automated line, from the collection of the order to its dispatch, with several automated quality controls that firstly guarantee the mixture with the optimal amounts of polyol and isocyanate to obtain a rigid polyurethane foam of the highest quality, secondly an adequate distribution of the injection between the steel or polyester plates, and a final inspection
- A manual line, where we manufacture personalized parts, to ensure an excellent refrigerated stay with the same quality controls of the polyol and isocyanate mixture and perfect injection.
